Great instant collection of 3 antique amber glass apothecary bottles. Each bottle has the original label and screw off cap.
One bottle label reads “ONE PINT SARSAPARILLA FLUID EXTRACT, U.S.P.,
ALCOHOL 40%, A PALATABLE VEHICLE OR FLAVORING AGENT, BREWER EST. 1852, BREWER & COMPANY, INC., WORCESTER, MASS.”
Each of the other 2 bottles is from the “BERRY & WITHINGTON CO., BOSTON, MASS.” One is labeled “OLEUM CARYOPHYLLI, OIL CLOVE BUDS, U.S.P.,” and the other is labeled “ONE PINT, OLEUM EUCALYTI, OIL EUCALYPTUS.”
Each bottle measures 2 3/4" wide x 6 1/2" tall. All show signs of age from a lifetime of good use, and each bottle, when has the wonderful aroma of it’s former contents. The Eucalyptus Oil bottle contains approx. 1 teaspoon of the original contents.
