All sales are final. We take great care in photographing and describing
each item. If you feel a description or photograph is lacking the information
you need, please contact us prior to purchasing, and we will be happy to answer your questions.
If all or part of a shipment has arrived damaged, you MUST provide us
with proof of damage in order for us to submit an insurance claim with the
carrier. If you are unable or unwilling to provide the needed documentation we
will not be able to remedy the situation and NO refund will be given.
If your item has been lost in transit, please contact us so that we may investigate and remedy
the situation. If tracking shows the item has been delivered, but you have not
received the item, please check with neighbors or others living at your
residence to see if the package has been left with them or contact your local
post office. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages which
have been confirmed as delivered.
Payment
We accept payment from all major credit cards using our secure payment
gateway and through PayPal's secure payment service. We do not accept cash or
checks. We do not offer layaway or buyer financing.
